This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Sirenia LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and discloses information about users (“Users” or “you”) of the Scripture Sprouts mobile application (the “Application”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

We collect information necessary to provide and improve the Application:

Account Information: We use Apple’s “Sign In with Apple” service for account creation. Through this, we receive your User ID assigned by Apple and your email address. You have the option to use Apple’s private email relay service (“Hide My Email”) if you prefer not to share your actual email address with us. You also provide a user-selected display name within the Application.
User-Generated Content: Information you provide to personalize your experience, including your self-selected denomination, study goals, and the content of your interactions within the Application, such as chat logs.
App Usage Information: We collect your time zone setting to help tailor certain app functions. We may analyze usage patterns internally to understand how the Application is used, diagnose technical issues, and improve functionality. We do not collect unique device identifiers (like Advertising Identifiers) for these purposes.
Locally Stored Data: Some information, like session data or user preferences, may be stored locally on your device to enhance performance and user experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To create and manage your account.
To operate, deliver, and maintain the Application’s features and functionalities.
To personalize your experience based on your provided goals and denomination.
To provide user support and respond to your inquiries.
To monitor and analyze usage trends internally to improve the Application’s performance, design, and features.
To ensure the security and integrity of our Application.

We respect your privacy and limit data sharing:

No Selling or Renting: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

These services include database hosting, user authentication, and providing necessary backend functionality (such as cloud functions). You can delete your account at any time through the Profile screen within the Application. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon receiving your deletion request, we will take steps to delete your personal information from our active systems in accordanceance with our standard procedures.

We provide you with control over your information:

Access and Correction: You can access and update certain personal information, such as your display name, denomination, and study goals, directly within the Profile section of the Application.
Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and associated personal information as described in Section 6.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. 9. Third-Party Analytics

We do not currently employ third-party analytics services to analyze app usage. If we decide to integrate such services in the future (e.g., to better understand usage trends and improve the Application), we will update this Privacy Policy to identify the services used and provide relevant information about their data practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
